Each semester, our Project Director secures 2-4 high-impact client engagements, partnering with Fortune 100 companies, startups, and nonprofits to identify growth opportunities, develop market entry strategies, and address complex business challenges. Each engagement is led by a Project Manager, supported by a team of 3-5 Analysts, and includes twice-weekly meetings with the client to ensure continuous collaboration, engagement, and strategic alignment. With a strong foundation in consulting methodologies and strategic analysis, our teams consistently deliver data-driven, executive-level solutions that meet the standards of top consulting firms.
